Customer Information - Profile 5

The serial number for the Profile 5 computer can be found on the rear of the computer or on the packing slip that was attached to the shipping box the computer arrived in.

Note: If used, remove the cable cover from the rear of the Profile 5 computer to see the serial number label.

The serial number label, located at the center bottom of the rear of the computer, is circled in red in the left graphic.

Note: Depending on when the Profile 5 computer was purchased, the serial number label may differ. The following graphics show the original label and the new label.
